Counter & Canopy sells personalized digital services. This policy explains the included correction path and how we review refund requests for the $9, $49, and $149 service tiers.
1. When we cannot build the service
If the intake does not contain enough reliable information, we ask for clarification instead of inventing product facts. If a short follow-up cannot fill the gap and we cannot build the purchased service, we refund that order in full.
2. Revisions after delivery
Every service tier includes up to three revisions after delivery. Revisions cover corrections and changes grounded in the product facts, marketplace, brand voice, public URLs, and scope supplied with the order. Please use this correction path when the delivered document can be brought into the purchased scope.
A revision does not add products beyond the tier's limit, create unsupported claims, or convert the one follow-up re-audit in the $149 sprint into recurring monitoring.
3. Other refund requests
Contact us promptly if you were charged twice, selected the wrong tier, or believe the delivered service does not match the published scope. We review those requests against the order, delivered work, correction history, and applicable law. Submitting a request does not itself confirm that a refund is due.
Rankings, traffic, placement, sales, citations, and AI recommendations are not promised service outcomes. A change—or lack of change—in those external results does not by itself show that the purchased deliverables were missing.
4. How to request help
Email support@countercanopy.com from the address used at checkout. Include the service tier, purchase date, and a short description of the problem. Do not send payment-card details.
5. Approved refunds
An approved refund is returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider controls when the credit appears after Stripe processes it.
6. Legal rights
This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
