These terms describe the personalized digital services sold under the Counter & Canopy name. By purchasing a service, you ask us to prepare the selected deliverables from the facts and public URLs you provide.
1. Services and prices
Counter & Canopy currently offers three one-time services, priced in US dollars:
- $9 Marketplace Listing Kit: listing copy and Schema.org Product JSON-LD for one product and one target marketplace.
- $49 AI-Ready Product Kit: everything in the $9 kit plus marketplace-aware structured fields and implementation guidance for one product.
- $149 Storefront Discoverability Sprint: an evidence-based audit of one public Shopify storefront plus one to five exact Shopify product URLs, one $49 kit for each product URL in your selected count, and one bounded follow-up re-audit after you make changes.
Each tier includes up to three facts-grounded revisions after delivery. These are fixed-scope services, not subscriptions or ongoing monitoring.
2. Ordering and payment
You submit the service intake before checkout. Payment is then handled on Stripe-hosted checkout. Your order is tied to the service tier, product facts, marketplace, brand voice, and public URLs submitted for that checkout. Contact us promptly if you selected the wrong tier or entered a material fact incorrectly.
For the $149 sprint, the pre-checkout intake supplies the Shopify storefront and first exact product URL. After payment confirmation, a secure authenticated order step collects the remaining zero to four exact product URLs and complete facts, then records the final selected count before production begins.
3. Delivery
The $9 Marketplace Listing Kit and $49 AI-Ready Product Kit are typically sent to the email used at checkout within two business days after complete inputs are received. The $149 Storefront Discoverability Sprint's initial package is typically completed within two business days after all required Shopify storefront and selected product URLs and facts are complete. The package includes exactly one kit for each selected product URL. Its included re-audit has a separate two-business-day clock after you request it and the changed public pages are available.
Work is screened by mechanical checks and reviewed by a human before delivery. Every delivery clock pauses while a required answer, URL, product fact, or clarification is outstanding; we ask rather than invent a fact.
If a short follow-up cannot provide the facts needed to build the purchased service, we refund the order in full as described in our refund policy.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts, claims, images, and URLs you provide and for having permission to use them. Do not submit unlawful content, third-party confidential information, payment-card details, account passwords, or store login credentials. You are also responsible for reviewing the finished material before publishing it and for complying with the rules of your marketplace or website.
5. Service limits
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, placement, sales, citations, or a recommendation by any marketplace or AI assistant. The services do not include keyword-volume research, invented reviews or star ratings, login to your store, feed submission, platform enrollment, or publishing changes on your behalf.
A discoverability audit records what our checks can observe on public pages at the time of the audit. Websites and third-party systems can change after that observation.
6. Materials and permitted use
You keep your rights in the product facts, images, copy, and other materials you provide. You permit us to process those materials only as needed to prepare, review, deliver, support, and revise your order. After payment, you may use and edit the delivered documents for your own business and listings.
7. Revisions and refunds
The included revision allowance covers corrections and changes grounded in the facts, marketplace, voice, and scope supplied with the order. It does not expand a one-product kit into additional products or turn a bounded audit into ongoing monitoring. Refund requests are handled under the published refund policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the services or operating requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes do not reduce any rights that applicable law gives you.
